Great place to stay and time we travel up home!
Keyser Inn has been a go to since it opened. It is dated but beds are comfy, nice pillows and they have done some updates over time. Only issue we had was with neighbors who were staying there for work and their love of the lord's lettuce, smell was strong in the hall but that is not the hotel's fault. They did address it when notified.

Room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. Next door to gas station that sells nice variety of cold and hot food. Several restaurants nearby. The lady who checked us out was very friendly and pleasant.

Booked thru Expedia 4 adults 2 rooms. Got to Keyser Inn. Was told they only showed I only need 1 room with a king size bed. They were able to provide an add’l room but I had to ask for it they never said anything just that I only had 1 room with a king bed for 4 adults. Front desk clerk needs to work on her work and social skills some. No one like to be greeted by a grouch.

This was first time traveling with our dog and it kinda stressed me a little but the staff was friendly, the room had hardwood floors which I loved especially if Max had an accident it would be easy to clean and disinfect but thankfully he was great! Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again!

We spent the day on the Patomac Eagle rail and had a very relaxing stay at the Keyser Inn. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

The room was spacious, clean and had all that we needed, including a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker which all came in handy. The front desk ladies were super friendly. The location is very convenient, had great views of the mountains and a gas station next door.

The room was super clean and the toilet even had a sanitation strip around it so you knew it was clean! The staff were all super friendly and nice, too! Would definitely recommend!

Adequate, but not "9.0 Wonderful"
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and reasonably comfortable, but it is clearly old, it is dark, and a bit noisy. We expected too much because of the Hotels.com rating. Greatly inflated. This is a decent basic hotel but there is nothing special about it.
