Location is big plus.

The location (a half block from Duval St.) was GREAT. The pool was lovely BUT cold. We were told the heater was broken- not repaired the whole week we stayed! Breakfast/ Happy Hour were nice (worth the charge?). Staff was pleasant and helpful. Can they put a smoking ban by the pool (cigarettes, cigars, and Marijuana odors)? The rooms are showing their age.

The Southernmost Inn is the perfect little spot to enjoy all that Key West has to offer. You are literally 1 block away from the Southern most point Beach,Duval Street and Frenchys Cafe which is by far the best breakfast place ever. You are a quick bike ride from Higgs beach,the Butterfly Conservatory and White Pier . My room was huge I stayed in 210 i had a living room,kitchenette ,separate bedroom and bathroom. I was conveniently located on the 1st floor. I enjoyed the free breakfast and wine & cheese from 5pm to 7pm at the pool. The front staff was friendly and got a settled with our bike rentals and unlimited free cold water bottles. Im definitely booking this relaxing, clean,easy to reach everything resort for next time.

Buyer beware

Our horrible experience with this hotel started with a phone call. I merely wanted to know if our room was by chance ready or going to be ready in about 30 mins. I was very rudely told the guaranteed check in time. Next our room, floors were gross dirty, bed sagged in the center so we felt like we were in a burrito. The bathroom fixtures were barely hanging. We could not control our room temp. The front desk staff was never at the front desk. The pictures posted are very deceiving.

DON’T STAY HERE! BUGS IN ROOM! We booked this hotel for our parent’s anniversary. On the last night, there were bugs crawling out of the floors, ceilings, and walls. The hotel staff did not relocate my parents to another room or another hotel. We are very disappointed with the way the hotel managed this situation.
