Very nice stay

Very pleased with my 2 night stay here. Check in staff was friendly . They have free parking on premises which is a big plus. Bike rentals are also offered at this hotel. The location is less than a mile from Duval street and many local shops and restaurants.

Perfect spot with a great location

We had a wonderful stay. We interrupted Candis having lunch and she let us check in early and gave us an upgrade. Her lunch recommendations were great. There was a gentleman who worked the next few days and he was also very friendly and helpful with recommendations for activities to do during the day. We had a great stay.

Dont stay of your looking for clean and quiet

Horrible would not recommend very noisey and dirty, dust everywhere and Black mold in the bathroom cause me to have an asthma attack, im quite fairly shocked at the state of the room, however friendly the staff was the room was not up to par and made me sick and had allergies and a asthma attack the entire trip.breakfast was ok and did the job but also don’t expect a good night sleep quiet hours were not observed and when brought to the attention of the staff nothing was done. Looked forward to going home, its a shame it could be a nice place to stay.

Expedia stated we get a free bottle of wine upon arrival. We did not. The first room we had was a room for 3 . It was very cute and plenty of room. The next room we got, since we re- booked was too small. We could not even open the suitcase without laying it on the bed. Breakfast was ok. Loved the bike rental. Very convenient location to downtown.

I thought the room was ok. The patio was nice, but the buffet area needed to be updated. The floor needs painting and the breakfast choices were limited and prepackaged.
