Property is old but updated and we’re still waiting for our resort fees to be returned. I have faith that the manager Lady will do the right thing overall I would probably stay here again.

Housekeeping wasn’t very responsive and had to wait too long. Food truck didn’t open when it was suppose to and they didn’t have breakfast at all even though it was supposed to. Lobby was closed so we needed to go next door for anything. Definitely felt like we were at the neglected hotel next door with minimal staff. When asked about breakfast we were directed to Starbucks next door and told sorry, hours aren’t right due to construction. Even tried to go next door for breakfast and their restaurant was also closed. Overall not a great experience and will probably not stay here again.

This hotel was very nice. The lobby was beautiful and the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was modern and spacious, the beds were very comfortable as well. The only thing I would change is the elevator. It made a horrible noise when using it.

There was renovation in progress in many of the rooms and breakfasts were not available. The staff did give me a $50 a day credit for having no breakfasts and the staff were amazing and the renovations will be great when finished. The hotel is great.

Try to take every penny they can.
The actual hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice pool and bar. However on top of an insanely high resort fee, which doesn’t include parking! That is an additional charge ONTOP of the resort fee, they also charged us an occupancy fee and an island contribution, which is not stated anywhere. The hotel website also states there is a complimentary shuttle to Old Town which they are charging $5 per person per trip for. The ‘free’ daily water included in the resort fee was not topped up and the pool was closed for part of our stay due to ongoing work at the hotel which is likely to wake you up at 6am like it did us. Struggling to see what exactly the resort fee does cover.

Slept well, quiet property. Roosters to wake you up. Some reason contractors were working weekend, sorta annoying at times. Pool was clean. Car is needed to get to chain restaurants, grocery's plenty within 3 miles. No transport to/from port. Round trip taxi $30. Conch Connect would be interesting to try. Now the fees. Yea they are a ripoff but employers are no longer flipping the bill to have someone wash your sheets and towels, make your bed, pay the gas, electric, cable and WI-FI bill. They will charge $15/day to park and not take responsibility for your car. Don't forget the City wants theirs's also. Those days as being part of the stay is gone. For the price it's a good place, Better in the new upcoming rooms. Price for food there was a little high. No restaurants on sight.

It was terrible experience. They make me and my family wait for 90 min to check in and still did not gave us the rooms we booked. Also the other room they gave has broken toilet. They are also not ready to refund the difference. Very unprofessional behavior from staff and very unethical dealing with us.
