Not our first time at this resort. Disappointed in some little noticeable differences – they discontinued the morning happy hour at the beach restaurant and no longer have cable. I know we weren’t there to watch television but it’s nice to have it on when you are back in the room winding down – only some fuzzy analog channels. Most noticeable difference was at the pool bars– especially the pineapple bar. The solo bartender was not on his A game and definitely not up to the task of serving the amount of people that were there. Last visit there were multiple bartenders and they came around to the pool for service as well. It’s Florida-and bugs will be bugs-but our door wasn’t sealed. So unsealed that sunshine was shining in. I think this could lend to the large bug friends we made during our stay. Lastly, the grounds cleanliness was not optimal. Trash and debris sat along our room corridor untouched our whole stay. Overall-besides these little things-we had a great time and might stay there again; however, definitely will keep our options open rather than making it our go to place.

Amazing property. The room was very clean, it was in a great location. The staff was friendly. Loved the amenities! It has a small workout room, with a decent selection of weights. The only complaint is we were located in the Tranquility building and it was noisy at night. I bought ear plugs after the first night and was able to get rest the rest of the trip, however my roommate did not use them and was woken up each night from people coming back to the hotel around 2-3 am. I would come back but stay closer to the beach next time.

Not informed of shared balcony in reservations , had to pay for upgrades. Beach was not assessable due to piles of seaweed. Very distinct and bad smell from piles of seaweed if you tried to anything outside.

The Good: The property is in a great location next to everything. It's clean and large. The pools are nice and there is plenty to do as they have activities planned daily. The concierge. Julie is wonderful as she has amazing customer service and is very informative and helpful. The front desk upon checking in supplied champagne and some cheer. Justin at the front desk was extra accommodating because he took his time to explain the property and help us with an upgraded room that was on the fourth floor of one of the sections. The bedroom overlooked the ocean which was expansive and beautiful. Vlad the bartender we're super friendly and happy to see us everyday. Improvements: Much of the staff seems to have and I don't care attitude. Finding a smile on some of the staff is very hard to come by. It kind of makes it a little difficult to really feel welcomed at this property. This is a huge miss and it big opportunity for the resort to improve upon. With the right training of the staff in simple friendliness would go reveal a long way to make this a five-star resort.

The curtains were broken in my room so people could see in and I was on the first floor right next to check in. I had to rig them closed with a hair clip and chairs from my room. Don’t think I would stay here again that was super weird. Also a lot of homeless people on the beach and others fishing in the resort beach area and not one person tried to stop any of it.

Horrible moldy smell in the room, stains on the furniture & walls, had no idea what the stains were in the bathroom, very scary. Bang for the buck, zero! I was honestly shocked that they charged what they did and we’ve stayed in 5star hotels all over the world. I’d look elsewhere for rooms.
