Our stay was quite enjoyable. Our room was very nicely appointed, clean with nice amenities. It was walking distance to everything. We never used our car. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful sunset views. I guess the only draw back would be the cost. We would definitely stay again

Resort needs maintenance.

Air conditioner needed to be replaced during our stay. Required 2 calls over 6 hours to resolve the issue. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Battery had to be replaced in the fan switch. The door to the room hallway isn’t locked during the day or evening …. Poor security.

Room was not guest ready. Sink and shower drained incredibly slowly. No interest by staff to repair. No staff pride in their work. Way overpriced for what was offered. Guest room in need of renovation.

Since we were warned that renovations were underway on the property, I was prepared to have a suite that was in need of redecorating. We had also been warned that the restaurant was closed and the main lobby under construction. I accepted that because I did not have time to rebook. I was, however, not prepared for the lack of security for the guest rooms. Although there was a lock pad at the door to the 3rd floor room corridor, a large plant was used to hold the door open. When I lodged my concern to the hotel manager he indicated that the plant was in place from early morning until 10:00PM. Actually, there were some nights when it was never removed. I thought it ironic that as a guest it was my responsibility to secure my valuables in a safe and to secure my balconies with a dead bolt lock, but the main entrances to the building, the elevator and the room corridors were basically open to anyone who was passing by. I am a seasoned traveler. I was shocked at the lack of security and the manager’s lack of concern.

Excellent vacation

Very nice place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent. There was some construction going on to add more amenities. I can’t wait to come back and see how great it will be once it’s all completed

Everything was great except the payment machine leaving the parking garage didn't work for hotel guests using room keys. We had to pay full price to leave the parking garage. There were multiple cars backed up experiencing the same problem. Other than that, everything was very nice!

The property is undergoing a renovation. Our room was directly adjacent and above the renovation and the noise from the pounding of sheet metal and concrete was unrelenting during the day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This should have been disclosed on the expedia website. The good news is that the staff made an adjustment to our bill, which was truly a class act and very considerate.
