This was last minute reservation because of a flight cancellation. Check in and staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. It sleeps 4 but only gives enough coffee for 2. Why? Getting to our room in the dark was a little difficult. Had to go back and get desk clerk to help us find the elevator. He did and it was fine. But brother in law was in a wheelchair and first elevator we found was temporarily out of service.

Nice hotel

Very nice stay with the family - sweet and helpfull staff, and nice with shuttle bus to the city center. We had 3 days and had lots of fun.

Overall, I would recommend this property for a short stay in Key West, although there are a few things I'd love to see them improve upon. First, the good: the room was clean when we arrived, there was ample communication before our arrival via email and text from guest services, the hourly shuttle to downtown was extremely helpful and convenient, the pool area was well maintained, and the food at the resort's restaurant and poolside cafe was exceptional. Now, the bad which stems a lot from the fact that the facility is partially condos and partially a hotel so it lacks some of the courtesies and amenities you expect from a resort/hotel: for short-term stays, there isn't daily room cleaning so trash fills quickly and towels get dirty, there's no room service option, no ice machines, no snack or drink machines, etc. The rooms are also a little outdated/worn, although they are clean. The door handle to our bathroom kept falling off and the toilet paper holder was also loose. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner hadn't been filled before our stay. But again, overall we had a good stay and I think these negatives could easily be addressed and hopefully will be to better the resort.

Quiet area- 10 min from downtown Key West- free shuttle running every hour- driver John was informative doing a short history tour on the ride ! Resort is clean - large pool with view of ocean from the view. Room was very clean and nice size- will recommend this place to friends and would return here again !!!

We stayed in a Signature King which was dark and airless. It overlooked an open air hallway that overlooked the parking garage. There’s a shuttle service into town but it’s often full and you have to wait an hour for the next one. Everything is extra: maid service, breakfast ( no buffet just pastries. Nice pool but in my opinion the resort is depressing because most of the units are built on top of parking garages. It would be better to stay at a resort in Old Town. In my opinion this place is a rip-off!

Pleasantly surprised after the bad reviews. Everything was nice. Seemed odd to have an hourly shuttle to new town but not the airport Would recommend having an activities board. Would maybe get more to sign up for adventures instead of cancelling.
