Our stay was lovely, nice staff, great views. We had a comfy bed and large room with plenty of space. If using the shuttle which was great, be prepared for it to be full at the 5pm. Id stay again!

This had to be the worst vacation I've ever taken in my life. My husband has already posted his review on Google; I'll post mine here. The room had no AC and so we slept and hot muggy 78° room for nights. The floor was dirty; it had some type of sticky film on it. When they finally moved us to a new room, the bathroom sink and vanity was covered with ants which meant my husband had to spend considerable time getting rid of them. The food choices are very limited and if you want to order anything after 11:00 p.m. you're out of luck. There were no vending machines for any type of drinks, or snacks. One thing that makes me really angry is we were not told on the listing that each room is owned by different person who then rents it out as an Airbnb. Therefore when we finally got someone up there for the air conditioner and we were told well it's owned by someone who's not available right now. It was impossible to get anything to eat there after 11:00 because the bar closes at 11:00 p.m.. in the small place selling food until 5:00 by the pool had very limited choices to eat. This has to be the worst trip my husband and I have taken. Buyer beware - find another place to stay.

Our unit had the hot water go out. I notified the hotel and I had to move to another unit which was in another building. I had asked for help and a cart and was told they didn't have carts and they did not provide any help. So my wife and I had to make multiple trips from one binding to another to move all my belongings. They did. It even send help not a car. They just dropped off the keys to the other unit. So we had to move with no cart or help because the hot water heater went out. We had not been able to take a shower for 24 hours out of the 2 days stay. No discounts or help. The

Angela at the pool bar was fantastic and so welcoming! When we first went in our room it appeared very clean but we then realized the floor was sandy everywhere. Also, when I wiped up a little spilled water, the cloth was filthy. The shuttle service would only take 15 people and leave the rest to wait another hour before the next shuttle came. You did not receive clean towels unless you paid $5.00 extra. No daily cleaning of your room. The hotel staff did not give information on checkin regarding shuttle service timing, hotel policies, and basic layout of the area. We learned more from the shuttle drivers. We also were not made aware the this was not a Marriott property anymore as it was when we booked.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon after coming off a 10 day Carribean cruise. Our Room was NOT what we had requested or paid for, we received the B suite and booked the A, it was to be an Ocean view balcony. Instead it was an interior room looking only at walkway of people parading in front of our room. Management then placed a wedding party in the adjacent Ocean view/balcony we had reserved. They propped open the foyer door and had doors slamming starting at 7am thru 12pm. Spoke with management and was told they were full basically tough WE ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY! Will not stay here again. Only good thing was 2 maintenance men who helped with our bags upon arrival.
