The property and the suite were beautiful. This is the second week in a row. I chose to stay in a suite. The couch in last week’s suite was much more comfortable than the couch was this week, but not enough to change my opinion of the suite. The people next-door were quite loud, even very so late at night, which would be my only complaint. I book a hotel room every week to have some peace and quiet & a little relaxation because my job is so hectic, so the fact that they were quite noisy was a disturbance to me. This is in no way a reflection of the property or the staff, who are absolutely fantastic !

Great resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean and nice facilities. Location was central to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Private beach is awesome. The suites with private balconies are amazing.

For being called a beachside Resort that there was actually no beach just a sandbox. The pool was a little on the smaller side extremely crowded and there were not enough chairs to accommodate the number of guest at the hotel. The elevator was broken one day. 70-year-old people to have to climb the stairs to get to their room with inconvenient. The air conditioning in the room blue white hard straight onto the bed at night making it hard to sleep. The chair at the desk the back was broken in half. I had to rehang the shower curtain because it was not on the hooks. The staff seemed okay I had no trouble checking in. They gave us free parking because my husband is a disabled veteran. I asked for more coffee and more blankets and received those promptly.

I reserved an ocean view room but when I arrived I was told there were no more ocean view rooms available. Although I was given an upgraded room it was very disappointing to arrive and have to wait for a couple of hours for a manager to call me back. Definitely was not a smooth check in.
