Worst hotel I have ever stayed out. There were only 2 things that were nice and that was the 24 hour pool and the shuttle. I would never recommend this place. There is only 1 housekeeping seevice. If you want any more you have to pay for it. There is no phone in the room. You have to text for any service needed. Restaurant was very expensive, with staff that did not pay attention to us and then ended up closing 3 days before we left so we had to go out if we wanted a drink or something to eat after 9pm. Elevators were not working They had a fire situation in the room next to us. At 5am the alarm went off. We were never notified of anything. No one contacted us to see if we needed anything or offered to move us the another room. There were just so many things that should have been done way better. It was just a horrible hotel. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. FYI...they dont offer pick up/drop off to the airport either.

It was a great hotel! Staff was all very friendly and helpful whenever you needed them. Room was great just like the pictures showed,room gets super cold and super hot however you like. Shower and tub is great. Beach and pool is always very great and beautiful. So many options for food and drinks as well. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back if I’m in key west again!

The shuttle guy, John, knows EVERYTHING! He's fun and very accommodating. The front desk staff, with the exception of the day we came, were not as accommodating. No ice machine, but, ask for ice at the front desk.

As i understand it, this property is going through a transition. It used to be a Marriot property and is now owned by a local company (which will be good in the long run). However, during this transition period there are a few items that are in need of attention. I specifically chose this property as it showed pictures of a private beach area. This is true; however this area is small, it could be cleaned and maintained better. Around the property- there was an elevator out of service which so happened is the one I would need to use to get to the third floor. While the property had gated areas (you needed to use your room key to enter stairwells and common area); I loved the safety aspect of, not all of the gates were operating properly. My king room was quaint and clean. Maid Service did not visit all week long therefore trash did seem to accumulate. There was a mini fridge in the room, however no Microwave,. No ice machines on the premise. If you want ice, you needed to travel to the front desk and ask for it. The pool/pool bar was delightful. Staff was attentive and friendly. Shuttle service was convenient and staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge was helpful and friendly and recommended excursions. Suggestions: offer full service breakfast; have store on site for snacks/necessities.

Stayed in a Signature King - there was no telephone in the room allowing quick access to the front desk. The refrigerator was dorm size and not cold. The door that leads to the hallway of the two rooms did not close correctly thus allowing entrance for anyone without a key which is extremely unsafe. There are broken key pads on gates leading to stairwell of building 2 so you could not open them. There is NO transportation from the Key West Express had to walk with luggage about 15 minutes to Front Street to wait for pickup - that was a HOT miserable walk/wait. After checkout we purchased food from across the street at the food truck and brought back to the pool area where we were hanging out for a few hours before having to leave - we were approached and told we could not have outside food there because they sell food and had to go eat it somewhere else so we ended up in the lobby of the hotel since we already checked out of our room. We went back to the Pool as planned and there were people ordering door dash/domino's pizza and sitting there eating it without anyone saying otherwise, what a disappointment that was. If its a rule for one it should be a rule for all! Overall I will NOT be going back to this property.
