The property and location are amazing I’m taking a star away because of the fee for parking in the hotel’s lot. I do feel like adding a parking fee to the daily rate is a bit excessive but overall the property and amenities are great!

The location cannot be beat! There are, as with all properties, some rooms better than others. Overall, there were great amenities, great views from the pool bar and dock, and access to convenient self-parking. The double queen room we had was spacious but a little dated. The balcony was tiny and ours overlooked the parking lot of the adjacent public beach. Not bad, but would have preferred something a bit better. Overall, this is a great hotel with courteous staff and good amenities. Will be back!

I paid $2,556.00 for 3 nights where I couldn't sleep. The air conditioning was noisy, the mattress wasn't comfortable, the room phone didn't work. I had to call from my cell phone to order food to the room. The hair dryer had to be rewired to work. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. They charge $40 a day for parking your car, and you have to park it yourself. They don't help you carry your bags to your room. I wouldn't stay at that hotel again.

The best location, easily walkable to the harbor, Duval St and beyond. Check in and out was a breeze and our room was beautiful. Everyone we met was nice and the food was delicious. We kept going back to the Blue Mojito bar because of TJ. Hands down the sweetest person and best bartender. Always looking out for us and feels like an old friend. My 3rd time staying here and planning a 4th visit next year.

We (Family of 2 adults and 1 1y old) booked the Hyatt just for one night and it was great. Had a swiming pool to cool off and the staff was very friendly.

The location is wonderful and the staff is exceptionally nice. We come to KW often and used to stay at a neighboring hotel. After staying here we have decided to make this our KW hotel of choice moving forward. The snorkeling area is nice, seeing all the iguanas is fun, and we also enjoyed the live music by the bar and pool. Only areas for improvement are fans or some sort of air circulation in the workout room, and peridocially checking the snorkling area for broken glass.
