I loved everything except two issues which was more personal opinion. We had an early flight and had a lot of trouble sleeping due to neighbor and traffic noises. One person sounded like they kept throwing or dropping a bowling ball half the night. Ha and yet again, not the hotels fault but it would be amazing to have a fan option on the AC or a fan in the rooms to help cover up the noise to sleep. Our AC unit kept turning off at temp instead of having a continuous fan option which we love during hotel stays. Otherwise what the hotel can otherwise control it was perfect.

We had really high hopes for this property considering the Hilton reputation but it was a big disappointment. To start the staff at the counter was a bit rude and didn’t go over any of the offerings of the hotel. The room was clean but was the only frustrating part of our stay. The bed creaked and squeaked with the slightest of movements and the bed itself was extremely stiff. There was a large amount of uncomfortably empty space where a couch should have been but there wasn’t one which made getting ready or having friends over before leaving due to limited seating.

The issue was with the property. There was large rodents (rat’s) running around, and the elevators did not work which was out of service.. and very inconvenient because of my disability. We were told the pool bar / food on the resort was open till 10pm.. But that was not the case it was closed out of service. well before that.
