While the property is lovely, our room was not. We had only lukewarm water, an ancient TV, and BUGS. Communal breakfast was served on our patio, so we woke to the sound of a TV blaring the news outside our door. No parking on site. Staff was wonderful - wish our room had been wonderful too.

Beautiful grounds, just a block from Duval Street. Quieter but easy to get to everything. Staff very helpful, allowed us to hang out on the grounds all day after we checked out when our flight was delayed. Highly recommend.

Please get new pillows and upgrade the beds. Pillows were terrible sleeping was very difficult! Staff very kind and friendly. Breakfast was a good touch. We had a great time. Check in was amazing and quick. We will be back.

Location was great! It was hard to control the temp and humidity in the room making it a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was steamy. Mirror could have been relocated in room 5 to a different wall to allow use of the mirror.
