Wonderful weekend visit

The room was exactly as advertised and what we expect from a boutique Key West hotel but the grounds with the array of plants were absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed the Sun Deck and the available bikes for rent as well. We will be back.

Overall a very positive stay. The staff and the cats were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the location was excellent. Only mild negative was the condition of the room. The sink was clogged and despite a request was never fixed. The blinds were missing a slat allowing guest to see into the room. Despite this the positives far outweighed the negatives. Kudos to Trent, Patrick and the rest of the team.

It was a nice place to stay in Key West. Rooms were all unique and comfortable as we had several friends staying in different rooms. There were nice common areas to hang out and the breakfast was good. only complaint was the noisy air conditioner that cycled all night long.

We have stayed here a few times. Good walkable location with a nice breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Minor negative - It is under the flight path of the airport so a few jets will pass over after 7am. Not a big deal and will stay here again.

The guy who was at the front desk was very unprofessional. Terrible service. When checking in, he moved us to another room without checking our last name or registration number. We paid for a tropical suite, but got a tropical queen. The room was terrible, with a small dark shower, and there was no soap or shower gel. The bed and pillows were a separate story, it was impossible to sleep. The next day, the manager tried to shift all the blame to the expedia, I asked for a refund, and then I found out that we were checked in under a different last name. Yes, we were moved, but we had to wait, and the staff did it, simply shoving all our things into a suitcase without looking. When we saw that our things had been moved. Some of our things were left in the old room, where there were other people's things. Some of our things were missing. We complained about this to the administrator. But he didn't care. When we raised this issue at check-out. He brazenly lied to my face that we booked a tropical queen, and they did the upgrade. After I said that I have a receiver, he locked it. I said that at the very least he should have apologized to us for this. But apparently he considers himself a good worker. I won't recommend it. Or prepare all documents before check in, and make sure u got the right room

Such a beautiful place to stay with that Key West architecture and feel. We enjoyed our time as we started off our days with the free breakfast and utilized the beautiful courtyard for relaxing, swimming (and petting the cat!) . There is also paid bike rentals available which was convenient. We stayed in 2 different rooms which were both lovely with very comfy beds. My only annoyance would be parking situation, however once you figure out the areas of free parking you’re set. Overall a lovely place to experience the true key west atmosphere with just a short walk to Mallory Square and right by Duval St.

Beautiful. Clean. Friendly staff. Perfect location

Everything we wanted and more. Felt at home and comfortable. Cleanest room, friendly staff. The location was convenient to Duval, Southernmost Point, Fausto's grocery, restaurants, shopping, etc. Gorgeous landscaping. The pool is pristine! Our room opened right onto the pool deck. Breakfast was delicious and fresh! Highly recommend!
