Very nice resort. The poolside iguanas are entertaining. Frequent shuttles to/from downtown make it very easy to get back and forth.

The hotel staff themselves were fine but we had a horrible experience with Tasha a bar tender at one of the bars. My husband had just rounded up our bill and then he was going to give a cash tip when we were done, as we always do as to make sure the server is well compensated, however she seriously called my husband out and asked him to come up to the bar and proceeded to be very rude to him about him not tipping her more in the credit card slip. He was very taken aback, he just crossed out the amount and added the tip then to the slip but she still was being rude and said a comment to another person we were with. We are use to MN/ND nice treatment not being treated like crap.

We liked this place, would stay again. Like most places in Key West, the buildings are old. You can't have really high expectations. Staff was friendly, room was clean, & the downtown shuttle was great.

Overall, great stay. Awesome location with access to downtown via shuttle, pool area, great bartenders and vacation vibes. Will recommend. However, had some issues with one of the concierge who was showing attitude when booking tours while another concierge was great. Housekeeping and pool cleaning crew are too loud in the mornings, and because of thin walls an early wake up time was not a great experience.
