Right away they scam you for a $25 a day fee at the front desk after you've already paid hundreds of dollars. 2 non alcoholic drinks are included per day which was nice. Breakfast was included which is nice and the food is decent but they refused to empty the trash. Each day for breakfast all 4 trash cans were literally overflowing onto the floor and they ran out of coffee and wouldn't make more. It's assanine to have every trash can overflowing. Cleanliness gets an absolute 0. The rooms were decent and clean, the front desk staff was friendly but they only ever had 1 person working so expect at least 20 minute wait to check in. The pool was absolutely filthy, looked like they mowed the lawn and then dumped it directly onto the pool. Overall a decent hotel but if they put 1 microgram of energy into basic cleaning like taking out the trash and making coffee it would be much better.

Lack of wifi hampered our work-cation
Good place for the price. Far from most things so the free shuttle to Old Town was very useful. Not a perfect score since the wifi never worked for us and we were doing a work-cation for some of our trip. Were told by the front desk that they were aware of the issue, "the wifi works on phones but not laptops" and we were welcome to come use the lobby wifi. No plans to fix it either apparently. Cell signal was also limited so hotspotting was less than ideal.

Pricey for older style place , no balconies, lots of highway noise and rooms walls are paper thin, had dogs barking and kids crying, Breakfast was nice, but the did not replenish eggs , bacon etc very quick and staff did not seem to really care. Not worth the price

Very clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. The location is on a very busy road but the trade off is that road makes it convenient to get to most places in Key West fairly quickly.
