The Duval House and staff were excellent. The grounds are amazing as well. Everything you want to do in Key West is easy to walk to from here. Checking in was painless. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage and loved it.

Second time staying there and we love it every time. Room are spacious and comfortable, as well as clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful if you need anything. Checking seemed much faster this time which is a much appreciated improvement! We rented bikes from them this time and they were competitively priced and in good shape. Super convenient!

The room was fine. For what you pay to stay there you would hope it would be in good condition. Bed pretty comfortable. Water literally trickled out of the shower. Faucet twirled around not adhered to the counter. Not clean. Our feet were filthy from walking on the floor. Parking was insane. Barely room to maneuver. Most definitely would not stay again

Accommodations were cute but very tiny. We did not get any cleaning services while we were there for 3 nights, no new towels, garbage emptied or room freshened. Expected that for the price. Grounds were beautiful and very quiet for such a great location and busy location. Breakfast server was friendly and food was good.

Great spot near multiple restaurants. Great continental breakfast with an excellent friendly staff. The courtyard gardens are wonderful and a pleasant resting spot. Our room was very spacious with a very comfortable king bed.
