Loved the convenience of being able to walk all around the downtown area. Breakfast was awesome and staff was great. We had a room in the very front which was quite noisy being so close to the street . We were told the 2 chairs outside our door were assigned to our room however they were always occupied by others at all times in the night and early morning keeping us awake. Front desk staff had mixed opinions regarding if the chairs were dedicated to our room or not. Towels were quite old and very rough. Grounds and pool area were adorable

My wife and I came into town early, and our other hotel was fully booked. I needed just one night, so I picked this property due to it's location on Duval Street. The property is beautiful and centrally located to all the downtown bars and nightlife! If wasn't using reward points for this trip, I would stayed here the entire trip,

The Duval House was in the center of everything yet had a secluded tropical oasis to relax in. It was a little chilly while we were there and the heated pool was divine.

My only complaint is that the shower was warm at best. Pretty sure the pool was warmer. But it exceeded my expectations. The walls are thin though if you’re a light sleeper. Staff was fantastic, everything was clean. Walking distance to pretty much everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful courtyard. Friendly staff funky decor loved it until had to crawl on the floor under a table to adjust the air conditioning. room very small. no real space for one suitcase much less two. Breakfast had some good elements and some bad. Good location on Duval. Excellent Thai restaurant across street.

The property was right on the main drag, close to everything. It also had a wonderful courtyard in the back with lots of seating to escape. Our room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. There were seats on the front to watch people up and down Duvall Street
