Shuttle service was nice to get around, but must be at the shuttle very very early otherwise it fills up quickly and they only run once per hour. Overall a great stay! Would definitely recommend and come back here.

Check-in is 3 pm... no problem we checked in at 2:55 pm rooms were not ready until 4 pm. Had to wait in the lobby watching others check in. No drink coupon, no apologies, no sense of ugency... quiet frustrating.

Our stay was great, however, the food prices were high, & unfortunately for a "Margaritaville" there was hardly any of that decor around the property! I expected the bar/restaurant area to have some sort of that decor, lifestyle look & there was none. Disappointed for sure in that. It was pretty plain. Other than that, it was a nice hotel for the money!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us, especially after our initial flight was cancelled and we arrived a day later than originally expected. Room was very clean and comfortable, it was a great base camp for all of our adventures in Key West
