We are from Ohio. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was really clean. The room was nice. We got a king room. The staff were friendly. The shuttle service is awesome and so nice. They provide free trips into town all day and to and from the airport. The manager was able to help us with a late check out for our late flight and held our bags at the desk for us. We rented a moped through concierge which was soo much fun driving around and coming and going as we please. Free parking almost anywhere with a moped all over the city. I highly recommend it.

The property offers great transportation into downtown Key West. The pool area was great with great music and service. The hotel was clean! Parking was easy and convenient.

A little disappointed in the dining options and the property and areas were in need some repairs. The beach is across the street which was an easy walk but not part of the resort so it was all extra. Pool was pretty small. We stayed at a great time though so it was not crowded at all. I would hate to see this at peak season.

The staff at this property were great, helpful and courteous. The lobby, pool area, and restaurant were all lovely. Updated, clean and modern. A great atmosphere to kick back and relax. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach! The room itself was clean but pretty worn and could use some attention to get it to the condition of the main common areas. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very friendly & helpful, the rooms were clean and food in the restaurant was very good (although a bit expensive). We were only here a couple nights but will def. be back. We used our e-bikes to go into town but they also have a shuttle that runs all day.

The property was nice and the staff were nice, however, the facility could use some upgrades and there was a couple of amenities and appliances that didn’t properly function like the thermostat and fridge (just to name a couple) other than that, everything was excellent. I would stay again!
