The front desk staff was very helpful , room was beautiful , private beach very cozy , beautiful sunset , loved Snooks next door , the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the property itself wasn’t entirely clean , garbage on beach was overflowing, and the grounds on hotel were not entirely clean either. Other then that very nice stay .

Poor upkeep and font water your $$$$

The conditions of the the hotel are poor, needs painting, landscaping g upgrades etc. our room view overlooked a back parking lot, the room furniture dresser would not close due to a slant in the floor. The bathroom floor was sticky, Used a towel to clean it and t was dirty. The price per night plus “ resort fee of $25” totaled around $200! The check in process required 3 pages of disclaimers, etc which needed to be signed and or initialed… This is a really lousy place to stay, considering Holiday Inn Express and Marriott Courtyard across the road on interwaterway are $144 per night.
