Swiss Bel Hotel is a fine place with great staff, good value for money. I did not eat the food, so I have no comment there. it is a ways out from town, but Grab cars are all over the place here.....so no worries.

Very good hotel in Kendari

Enjoyed our 1 night stay in this hotel before joining an expedition ship cruise. Hotel very nice, room clean, very comfortable, excellent hotel, very hospitable staff and service including airport pickup, great bar/cafe. Minor issue was service in restaurant for dinner, we ordered our meals, my partner's meal was served very quickly, mine was served about 30 minutes later, well after my partner had finished hers. But overall a very good hotel. Kendari town itself rather unattractive, rubbish everywhere and waterways like sewers but if travelling through Kendari then Swiss Belhotel is certainly the place to stay.

Avoid staying over during weekends

Couldn't get a quiet night's rest with pounding house music from some event in the hotel on Saturday evening . The power outages are too frequent. Wouldn't have stayed here if I'd known about the noise.

Nice hotel & staff but less knowledge about hotel.

When I booked my hotel it's been paid via expedia but they charge again even I explain if paid already & they realize that after an hours. And been misunderstanding when I said king size bed they said single bed??? When I said its double not single they said twin??? They really need knowledge about hotel!!!!

Pizza di hotel ini sangat lezat

Hal yang terbaik di hotel ini adalah makanan. Terutama pizza. Siapa kirad di kendari tidak ada pizza yang sangat lezat. Saya pasti akan makan pizza di hotel ini lagi apabila berkunjung kembali ke kendari. Untuk keramahan pegawai, kebersihan dan ketenangan di hotel ini cukup baik. ATM BNI ada tepat disebelah hotel.
