Great place with great staff
Nice quiet town close to Grafenwoehr. Only a 20 min drive for anyone looking for something close to military base. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Will definately stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel in quaint, friendly village. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. The restaurant provides great local dishes and beverages. I look forward to a future visit.

Beautiful location, not many businesses
The location is beautiful, the property is adjacent to a horse farm and the daily commute to my business meetings was lovely. The room was very clean and bright. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English (my German is not so good). The hotel restaurant was good and only one of three eating options in this village. I was able to cook small meals in the apartment with the utensils available. The only issue during my stay is the skylights in the room did not have blackout shades, which would be helpful for sleeping in the summer, as the sun is up by 05:00, and down at 22:00. Recommend a sleep mask if you like to sleep while the sun is still up. The GPS directions I got from Hotels.com did not take me directly to the hotel - I ended up at a Pub where I asked directions, but was only a block and a half away (50 meters, left turn, then 50 meters more).

Cozy and beautiful room! Very fun room to stay in if you’re willing to duck due to the cool beams... The details in this room are amazing from top to bottom... no detail left undone.

Die Unterkunft war in guter Qualität neu hergestellt. Ein sehr schönes Konzept, dass man in einem Dorf die leer stehenden Häuser nach und nach saniert und in die Vermietung nimmt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und den Gästen zugetan. Eine rundherum gute Idee!

Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende zu Gast im Dorf Waldeck! Die Burgruine ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang weit entfernt, das Restaurant am Abend hatte eine kleine aber mega leckere Karte und am Frühstücksbuffet hat es an nichts gemangelt! :) Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank liebes Hollerhöfeteam!
