The sparsest and worst breakfast I have ever experienced in a medium priced stay. No hot eggs, orfresh fruit, just some bruised apples wrapped in shrinkwrap and mystery sausage patties submerged in water. The room was plain with worn thin towels and jippy dogs staying in other rooms down the hall. The road noise was constant. It is maybe a Motel 6 experience, maybe. The friendly staff can't make up for everything else. I will never stay at this brand again, ever...!

I stayed at this hotel 3 times but never again. I am handicap and I asked for the bottom floor. I was put on the 2nd floor. I had all I could do to hike up the stairs. The next visit they honored my request and put me on the 1st floor. Huge mistake. There was NO water pressure in the room. It's a very old facility. No elevator. The breakfast wasn't very good. Basically waffles instead of eggs. They decided that I smoked in the room and charged me $250. I DIDN'T smoke in there room. I will dispute this charge. I was told I would be added to the do not rent list if I disputed the charge. I will pursue the charge. I had already decided to never go back. Everytime I went outside my key wouldn't work and I had to walk around the building to the office to get the key programmed again. It was a real problem. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

It is a safe place to stay.
The location of the hotel was nice. I am not very happy to learn that the hot tub has been decommissoned some time ago. The hotel is still showing pictures of it being in service hence why I booked the hotel room.

The property was easy to locate and was within two blocks of the Surgicenter where my husband was to have surgery at 7am Monday morning. Convenient, clean and nice staff.

A Pleasant Place to Stay at While in Longview
This is a pleasant location that is close to downtown Longview, WA. While it is close to the main highway leading to the downtown, it is quiet. The rooms is comfortable. The breakfast is carb heavy. I would stay here again.

No frills hotel with clean beds. Stayed here while our house was being worked on. No elevators and the side entrance was broken so we had to haul all our stuff through the lobby and upstairs. Old property with loud plumbing,. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I would stay here again in a pinch but probably not with all my kids. If you have only small amount of luggage and ear plugs then this place serves it’s purpose.

Very friendly front desk check in. However, went to room and door would not open. No elevator. Advised front desk door would not open she said the handle lifts up. Person was yelling profanities from room down the hall. Decided was unsafe for single traveler and left.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful! Not only did they give our large family connecting rooms, but they provided disposable utensils when our dinner order didn’t come with any, a small amount of milk late at night for a very fussy 2 year old and peanut butter for that same 2 year old at breakfast for her toast when they heard her asking her mom for some. And they did it all with a smile on their face. I wish all hotels had staff that are as wonderful as this crew is!
