I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need to - the customer does not come first at this hotel. Water leak in the morning and no water available for shower etc. - understand that can happen - but then charging customers for bottled water to brush teeth etc. - that tells you all you need to know. It’s all about them and not the customer

Nice hotel despite its age

This is an old hotel thatbhas been kept in very good shape. Systems ie Air Conditioning could use either a very good cleqn or update. Otherwise as it is older neighbors can be heard as could road noise. The location was very good with a nice neighborhood.

Beautiful room/Terrible Parking

Our room and our service was great. Would totally recommend. But parking was terrible. Also other guest staying were not considerate. Was woken up from yelling and screaming and banging...banging on our room door multiple times at 3 am and 4 am. All they daid ar the front desknis they would check the cameras.

We stay here every time we are in Kelowna. Love the location and the proximity to so many dining options and stores. This property also has the best breakfast we have ever had when breakfast is included. Excellent place to stay!
