Cold as ice

Our room was clean and nicely appointed, however on our arrival the floor felt very cold. As it was -15C outside we thought it just needed to warm up. After a few hours and still no warmer I discovered the weather stripping around the AC was missing and very cold air was coming into the room. As we were ready for bed by then we made the best of it and stayed there. I asked to be refunded the next morning and was partially refunded after talking to the manager. We had payed for a comfortable room which wasn't delivered.

We showed up and weren’t informed the pool and hottub were not working, when we got into the room, there were nail clippings in the bath tub, the curtains were covered in a thick dust and the wifi wasn’t working. Not happy

Very noisy in suite, chairs being dragged around the floor above until 3am and stomping. You won’t be getting much sleep if any. First floor had homeless arguing outside the window for the better portion of the night. Definitely not worth the 140$ there is way better options in kelowna for that price point. Would not recommend

Pool and hot tub have been down for ages. The last 10 times I've been there. The bathroom fans will keep you up in other rooms if someone leaves it on. The staff is allways awesome though. The price is great for a night and what you get. The tower is a far better saty than the atrium.

As a single senior, with no vehicle I did not feel safe having to walk around from the main building to get into the tower building. I know they are under renovation but the access to the tower should be open by using the overhead walkway

Ok stay

The stay overall was pretty good, considering they are in the middle of a Renovation, the pool was unavailable, we stayed there back in June and it was also down then which was disappointing, as i had my grandson with me on this trip and he loves the pool. We may consider a different option next trip.
