It was actually disappointing We have stayed at Sandmans several times in the past so was happy to book a night as we traveled thru Kelowna. The best i can say was that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had no garbage can except a very small one in the bathroom, only one facecloth and the duvet co et had a stain in the middle. If that was an example of the preferred status that you offer scotiabank clients, I will definitely book elsewhere in the future.

our room was not ready at check in time which was 4 pm. I was told they would call me on my phone when it would be ready, no one called me . When I went back to the desk to see if the room is ready, I was told yes it is an hour later.
