It was comfortable. No coffee machine. Coffee made in the office was sporadic. It was very clean. They didn’t offer a smoking place on our side of the complex just on the other side. The staff were very friendly. It was a nice area to stay in.

Neat hotel with great right downtown location with parking. Very clean rooms, parking was a bit tight for larger cars, but there is apparently more parking at the back.

Staff very friendly, room very clean. Parking was difficult as was crowded, meant for reg sized vehicles, we have a small truck. That was scary getting in n out of lot without touching someone else’s vehicle, or they touching our vehicle as in accidental bumps! All customers seemed to be exceptionally careful…..was grateful for this…

Room 192 has no hangers and no place to hang up clothes. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel before anywhere in the world where there was no place to hang clothes. The front office staff member in the mornings during my stay (older gentleman with white hair) has zero personality, zero sense of how to make people feel welcome and rudely along with utter indifference put off my wanting to discuss the issues I had with my door the previous evening. The night clerk (night of Oct 8th) Was excellent and so was the gentleman who was looking after hotel security that night. They went out of their way to assist me and even though it would have been a huge effort for your night clerk to come outside in his wheelchair he still came outside to make sure the security gentleman and myself were able to eventually get my room door open after the electronic key pad failed and even with myself and night security changing the batteries and reprogramming the lock it continued to act up and it was more by fluke and luck we managed to get the lock to work once to at least let me into the room for the night . It is very troubling & disappointing there is no master manual key onsite to open up the rooms when the electronic key pads fail

Of corse the decor of the whole place is a vibe. Put love the ping pong lounge, where you can just chill or play biard games or ping pong! Also they roller skates and bikes you can borrow. Hotel Kelowna is located across from city park and the waterfront both beautiful places to go for a walk. Also located close to tourist attractions and shopping and restaurants. So convenient!

Fun and clean! Very helpful and kind staff. Only feedback is that my bathtub immediately filled with water, the drain is very plugged so I will let them know. Parking is VERY tight. you can’t open your doors. I had to pull into the middle lane to get all my bags out and then pull into the parking space. People obviously have luggage at hotels, I don’t know why they did this. Needs to be redone with larger spaces. BUT I’m not here to complain this is just real feedback. I am really enjoying my time here and appreciate the decor and cleanliness :)

Superb location - easy walking to everything. Staff and facilities brilliant (coffee/hotwater on tap, free cycle hire). The only issues were the creaking floor upstairs and the bath didn't empty as quickly as it should. But a lovely hotel with a fab vibe, would stay in a Zed again.

Cool little place right by the beach and in the heart of downtown Kelowna. I enjoyed my stay here and the staff were very helpful and polite. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, bars, or take a stroll along the boardwalk and check out the lake and harbor. Tons of stuff to see and do. Fair amount of homelessness and general rowdiness at night, but nothing too crazy. All in all a pleasant experience at Hotel Zed Kelowna! 👌 😃
