The parking was an additional cost, which for the price of the room was not acceptable. It was extremely noisy. The staff, however were fantastic and they went above and beyond for our last minute anniversary stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the view was amazing!

Absolutely beautiful area. Hotel room was cozy and comfortable. Food was great. Over all a wonderful holiday. The only issues were parking and that It’s an older resort so the plumbing and room to room notice levels are high. Would stay again.

Older property. Overpriced for service received. no one manning the front desk majority of the time. got a ticket even though I registered my car. Had to call parking company personally to discuss the ticket. They deleted the charge for me. Couldn't find any one available at the hotel to help me. Restaurant food was average at best, Ate two mediocre meals. Had a great meal at Maestro next door.

To start, the constant emails are annoying, yes i booked a room, no i dont want to pay for anything else, how many people are staying.....two as what i booked. While checking in, the lack of information about the hotel itself and what the facilites are " here is a QR code" enjoy your room! The breakfast at this hotel is apparently very nice, although the staff did not not advise of hours of service, they close btw 9.30 and 10.00, and if you do not make a reservation, even hotel guests will be told to go across the street. The lovely young lady advised us that there must have been a mis-communication btw the lobby and the restaurant! The Scratchy towls, divited beds and a bathroom with the original rusty tub from the 60's. I like paying money for good hotels, this one i will not pay for again!

What they don’t tell you is that there is an additional resort charge per person and that you now have to pay to park at the hotel. They don’t charge patrons that use the restaurant or the bar. Parking is free for them. Won’t be back.

The Eldorado was a lovely place to stay. It’s great how they included the vintage feel throughout the hotel but it has all the modern amenities. The bar and restaurant are both great. Easy to get to but it’s a bit of a drive from downtown Kelowna. Gorgeous views across Lake Okanogan.

I loved that there was an EV charger onsite. I charged my car overnight and was ready to roll in the morning. I also enjoyed the nice, big bathtub! Pretty rare now.

Reserved for five nights. Our first day we left early in the morning and returned at 4:30 in the afternoon to our room, which was not cleaned or made up. Very disappointing considering what we paid for a king suite lakefront room. That being said, the manager made sure that our rooms were cleaned from that point forward. However, I will say the Dining staff were all very good, but Service a bit slow. Personally, I would not stay there again, however, their sister hotel Maestro was very nice and much more upscale. One thing to note is that there is major construction all around the lakefront hotels

Location was convenient for our time in Kelowna. The check-in was welcoming and positive. Our room had a beautiful view and great patio. The king bed was comfortable. The casual pub side of dining was very good. The service was on point. Our room could have been cleaner, the hallways should have definitely been cleaner. The hotel common bathrooms should have been cleaner. The service in the dining room could have been better. Overall enjoyed our stay and thought it was reasonable value; however, we’ll consider other options next time.
