Our experience was amazing with the staff. We had a family medical emergency while staying which made our stay much longer than planned. They were great about last minute add on days and never had to move our room the whole time. We stayed in a room for 6 and it has plenty of space for us to spend extra time in comfortably. The breakfast was also great and nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel!

Just ok.
Our experience was just OK at this hotel. The beds are not very comfortable (too soft) and they squeak loud when someone move at night. The shower heads are brutal. Very low pressure. And the “breakfast” is absolutely not worth your time. Microwaved egg patties, barely cooked sausage and old deep fried hasbrowns. Skip the breakfast and buy your own. Probably would not go to this hotel again. Lots of choices in Calgary.
