The place was absolutely dirty and not cleaned. We addressed the front desk, they said the manager will contact you the next day. He never did, we followed up and also mentioned the fridge is not working and still didn’t get a hold of the manager, they said upon checking out he will be available, he was not of course and he kept avoiding us. Not only they didn’t refund my damage deposit, they charged me an additional $200. They stole $400 of my money and won’t refund, been ignoring my calls since. I have informed the RCMP and Expedia.

Decent Value

It was a good central location. Covered all basic necessities well. Simple breakfast but got the job done. Only issue was I had booked a king room through Hotels.com, but when we arrived to check in they didn’t have a king room available? Overall though was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kelowna.
