Staff was wonderful. Room had high ceiling and felt very spacious. Breakfast was great. Only cons were wobbly toilet (but it still worked) and noise easily carrying down the hallways into rooms.

Nice large clean room. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus. There were some renovations going on in the hallway outside my room that started pretty early in the morning (6 or 7 am!) and that got a little loud but I assume that will be completed soon.

Front desk staff (Janice) was abrupt and curt. She argued with us regarding check in time. When another staff person tried to help us, she told him to “not try too hard.” Janice was there at checkout and argued again that we had asked for a late check out. We had not. She made our experience less than ideal. Other that that the room was clean and comfortable. Other staff were cordial and friendly. We would stay again but hope our check in and out experience is more conducive to quality customer service.
