Common areas and room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was a mess . Kids running everywhere, food , waffle batter , used cups left all over the food stations. I literally grabbed napkins and cleaned up before I could even serve myself. Unfortunately due to lack of people’s caring a worker is needed to clean up after and maintain the stations. Too bad people just can’t clean up after themselves. And don’t let young kids serve themselves unattended.

Friendly staff, very clean, large rooms ! But not soundproof at all , could hear every word the people in the next room was saying and the people in the hallway were really loud later at night, parents and kids were standing outside our room and the kids were playing with our door knob,sounded like someone was trying to break in . But other than that we liked the hotel!

I booked on a Friday afternoon, my flight got cancelled the following Monday and my subsequent flight was later that evening so I no longer needed the hotel room. I called, and had Expedia call to see if I could cancel reservation and get a refund and the hotel said no. Not only that, they were so rude about me asking for a refund. I will never book at this hotel and nor should you. It was 10 days before my scheduled check-in date, plenty of time to rebook the room. Don’t book this hotel!

There massive banging all night. Couldn’t sleep at all. Told the front desk and the guy just shrugged us off. Another person who heard us complain said that he also heard banging all night and again the guy at the front desk just ignored our complaints
