the staff i encountered were nice. its nice to have a restaurant/cafe in the hotel. I did find the hotel lobby to have a bit of an unpleasant odor and in the room, you could hear the water running from your neighboring guests - it sounded like a rainfall accent was placed in your bedroom when others were showering/flushing the toilet.

It’s quite spacious and the room soundproofing is some of the best I’ve seen. Really enjoyed the pool and onsite restaurant. Good location. Staff was nice. Honestly the only complaint I have is that we asked for housekeeping every third day and we never received any housekeeping services the entire five nights we stayed.

Always a great day at the coast Capri. The on-site restaurant, Vinters, has the best chicken wings FYI. Very polite and professional service throughout the facility. Great job.
