First time staying at this hotel and now it will be our go to when in Kelowna. The restaurant located in the hotel is also awesome. Server was great and the food was made with love. The chicken wings were cooked perfectly. I requested a late check out the next morning because we were there for work, we had our dogs with us and it was a hot day.. anyways hotel employee was great and let us check out later with no charge because they were not needing that room anytime soon. I wound have paid for later check out no problem but getting it for no charge was really appreciated. I also really love the outdoor pool. Great hotel, awesome staff, zero complaints about the room either.

The hotel is a bit older but the pool is nice the staff were truly excellent and the reservation came with meal vouchers for a hot meal each morning. Decent location that was a 5 min drive to the water front too!
