Ideal location, comfortable bed, accommodating, thoughtful and courteous staff. Room advertised on Expedia website as poolside but no access to pool via room, with a hot tub and pool....no hot tub is available any longer which was disappointing......as was the caliber of the room..."tired" would describe the general area of hallways and room in the area of the hotel in which our room was situated.

Classic comfort.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and the service was great! There is a pretty good restaurant on site with a happy hour too. The location is very central as well and in walking distance of a grocery store, liquor store and restaurants.

The staff were very friendly. Rooms are slightly dated (particularly the bathroom) but clean. Half hour walk into the downtown area of Kelowna which we enjoyed.

Staff is super. Friendly and helpful. Awesome! 5 star for the staff and service. Beds and bedding were great. Negative , there was no dresser for my clothes. It’s time to update your bathrooms. The faucet and tub were pretty bad. The rest of the room was good. Clean and not warn, same as the hotel common areas. Very nice.
