In our first room when we pulled off the covers found a huge stain right in the center. The sheets had clearly not been changed. Got another room. The beds weee better, now the shower was dirty. Thought we’d stay for breakfast. There were no eggs. No sausage, no bacon, just carbs. Gotta be a better place to stay.
Stayed on floor 1 which hasn’t been remodeled yet. Shower head didn’t work right and bathroom door frame is rusted. Donna is amazing as always in the morning…..
The front desk gal was super friendly and welcoming however, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and comfortability of the hotel. I called and spoke to the hotel before I booked and was told they had renovated so I wasn’t expecting moldy showers, outdated EVERYTHING, bathroom door that wouldn’t shut, empty shampoo and body wash, scratchy hard linens and small hard pillows.
