This place was terrible. There was mouse poop and pee all over the beds. Moved to a new room where the door didn’t want to shut and the lock didn't work. The laundry was awful - ran clothes through the dryer 3 times at 45 minutes a piece on high temp and they never dried. Had to drape them all over our room. Drunk guests outside screaming and throwing things until 2am and the front desk lady got irritated with ME for calling and asking them to do something. The beds were SO uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Never. Again.

Upon entering the building the receptionist said she wasn’t going to be nice. Then we were given a key card for a room that someone else was already occupied When I went back to tell her of her mistake she wasn’t the least apologetic at all. There weren’t enough towels for the room for four we were given three towels. The hair dryer also didn’t work. After a shift change the staff was more than happy to accommodate us with the towels and replace the hair dryer.

The mattresses were cheap and broken down, BUT... they were actually super comfortable!!! My husband and I slept better these 2 nights than anywhere else in our entire 2 week trip! It was nice and quiet. Could be updated some, replace the wallpaper that's peeling off the walls, and maybe repaint here and there. Also a fridge in the room would be nice. The reviews for their in-hotel cafe weren't great, so we ate at the 2 other restaurants in town. They were great! We'll probably stay in a different town next time, but this place was good for a good rest from our travels. Plus it was convenient for touring Monument Valley.

This was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff was excellent! Our room was large and clean, the area felt safe and there were restaurants close by, which was nice. The laundry room had 2 washers and dryers, which was great. Loved it!

Not a secure location! Our suitcase was stolen while we were unloading the car. Plenty of shady characters on site, and the perp was probably among them hoping to score big but ended up with no valuables and mostly dirty clothes. Hotel staff was not helpful and seemed unsurprised to have something like this reported. As for the hotel itself, extremely in need of updates. Our room was in a separate rundown building behind the main hotel. The whole experience was awful. Stay away!

The fan was so loud I didnt sleep. Others slept ok. If it rained hard the room obviously leaks. There were water stains on the walls and ceilings. The fixtures in the bathroom were not great. The sink didnt hold water and the tub fixtures twisted.

The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The hotel was much larger than I expected. Beyond that, it's a standard hotel. The draw is its location near Monument Valley, and that worked for us. We had a room with 2 beds, microwave and mini-fridge, but not a lot of space. We slept fine and hit the road early. We got breakfast at McDonalds across the street because we left before the Mesa Grill opened. There aren't many restaurant options in this area. If you're visiting Monument Valley, I recommend staying here.

Breakfast, $250 for one night in two DOUBLE BEDS. Restaurant was good. There was a 4 legged critter running across the ceiling above our room. Overpriced and marginal at best.
