The room was nice when we walked in, couldn’t get the TV to work. People in the upstairs room must’ve been getting their steps in for the evening and then decided to move furniture at about 3:30 in the morning. Ran water for quite a while and only came out lukewarm and very, very limited water pressure

Stay here!

The hotel is clean. Location cant be beat. Comfy beds. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with an extensive selection (two REAL waffle irons) and clean presentation & countertops. Clean tables in the eating area and different juice options. Best part of the stay! The indoor pool closed at 9pm which was early to me & the water was not heated (very cold). Front desk agents at check-in & check-out were both pleasant & helpful. Only needed a room for one night while I had repairs done to my house. Will definitely stay again if I'm ever in another last minute bind.

The room was dirty. Black soot blew out of the AC vents. The comforter had a huge blood stain on it. I had to switch rooms. The 2nd room wasn’t any better - that room smelled like urine. I cancelled my stay and they reimbursed me for the cost.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the young lady at the desk who was obviously very tired. However, she was bright and made me laugh, very polite and i was able to get, my room super quick, we will stay here again because when she was checking me in I felt like i was her only care in the world.

I was not happy.

My husband and myself were just doing an overnight stay to get away. I checked into my room and just ran up to check it out. I could already hear a couple of families which I immediately knew I wanted a room more secluded away from so much noise. The room was not clean in my opinion. It appeared to be blood on one was in the restroom. It appeared to have blood by the toilet handle. The floor was not swept or mopped. Towels were not neatly placed. The carpet in the room was dirty. I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist, she was not there. Once I got back in my car to run a couple of errands I gave them a call. I asked her if there was any possible if I could switch rooms and she gave me a very long uncomfortable pause. I had to ask if she was still there. She acted as if she couldn’t understand what I was saying. I just gave up. I could not get a refund and I just did not feel like being hassled. This hotel could use a fresh coat of paint and steam cleaning to the floors. Also a cleaning staff that care.
