OK for one night - rooms need cleaning

The rooms weren’t bad, they just needed deep cleaning. The headboards had a vinyl insert, it needed desperately to be wiped down. The carpets were disgusting and need to be shampooed. The hotel is in a good location, parking is adequate and easy.

Did not like that the breakfast was not complimentary and the fast it tasted horrible. We had to pay for it and it wasn't even worth giving away. We stayed the following night at IHG in Clovis NM. Free breakfast and tasted very good.

The only think that I don’t like is that the deposit for $100 that paid is still pending in my account, I’m sure that the room when I left was good so I don’t understand why the charge is still on pending for more than 2 weeks

It was a clean, comfortable property. Burgers at the restaurant could use some work. They charge $5 for a bottled water at their little sundry area, which is too much. Comfy beds and nice size rooms.

My stay at this hotel was okay overall. The location is fantastic—it’s close to everything I needed, including shopping and dining options, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the room had a very strong odor, likely from new construction or furniture. The smell was overwhelming and gave me a headache, making it difficult to sleep at night. It was a significant downside to an otherwise decent stay.

No bells, No whistles, No stay

This was actually our fifth stay at this particular hotel. Unlike every other time we stayed here, this one was an epic fail! Customer service representatives were disconnected, disinterested and completely unhelpful. The roooms were worse for wear. Simply it as clean and orderly at as before. The AC unit smelled like mildew/mold. Also, They were out of practically everything at the” store “ downstairs. Which really sucked because it was late when a craving for a Dr Pepper happened.
