The guy that work in the morning, called my cell phone and told me that if I refuse room service he was going to put my things out, he did put all my things out of the room while I was away, they stole gift card, broke glass in my grandchildren toothbrushes, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life

Said TV didn’t work- is that okay? Nice guy though. Said only room that was available. Dirty washcloth on sink. Most artwork was missing with only the clips remaining. Patched walls with no paint. Area was not terrible but poor lighting and lots of people hanging out in the “shadows.”
