we were charged for early check in assigned room that was not prepared ,there was one towel no toiletries, pull out bed got stuck half way , sheets were not present no pillows for the pull out bed .we had to use one towel to freshen up between three, and towels were still not placed after our return to the room at around 8pm,we had re address this to front desk, then lady was able to switch us to other room, and now after being out all day we had to switch our belongings to the next room, and we were charged $55 early check in fee which was only couple of hours, makes you feel this place counts each hour to room rental ,and no manager available, i was given email address to explain my issue, which I'm still waiting on response of,

Great place!
This was one of the most cleanest hotels that we have stayed in. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and friendly! The beds were a little uncomfortable and the ac was not very cold but we will definitely stay here again!
