Los cuartos son muy cómodos no era necesario rentar 2 anotaciones, pero el servicio pésimo, reservé del 24 diciembre al 30 y solo una vez me limpiaron el cuarto el otro no y les dije que cuando reserve estaba incluido el desayuno y la limpieza diaria le tome foto a una cama que la funda de almohada estaba manchada y la sábana del confort y yo renté los cuartos por medio de expedía y los pagos con affirm. Y cuando hice el chequeo el muchacho me dijo que tenía que pagar 50$ por cada habitación y cuando salí el 30 me cobraron 128$ por una y la otra 104$. Yo los recomiendo por lo cuarto no por el servicio gracias

The room smelled dirty. We chose this hotel because of its free breakfast service but the front lady wanted to charge us. Even though they offer breakfast until 10 am, by 9:15 is very limited and not replenished it. The sleep sofa didn’t have blankets and sheets in the room.

Moldy and Poor Service
Upon arrival, the office staff was sitting in car smoking and I waited 15 minutes at the desk for them to come in. They then took a call from a guest who hadn’t had his sheets changed in 4 days and was told to come down to get them to change them himself. Housekeeping? I was told pet deposit was $30 then I was charged $50. When we got to the room it smelled moldy and was hot and ac didn’t work, only had one towel for three of us and the sheets smelled on smoke. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast wasn’t included like it was advertised. If you want breakfast it’s $12 per person. The ironing board was really old, it had glitter stuck to it. The shower faucet was broken. The pullout bed was old and squeaky. The bath towels was pretty old itself.

Very pleasant stay
My one night stay was very pleasant from beginning to end. I checked in around 7 PM with no issues. My room was very clean and had the perfect temperature upon arrival. I settled in, ate my dinner in the room and passed out in that very comfortable bed shortly thereafter. The breakfast was OK…nothing to write home about but grateful for the meal before departure nonetheless. I will return with my next trip to Houston.

This hotel was okay for a night stay. The room was large and the staff were friendly. They seem to be going through some transition of some sort from one hotel brand to another. Amenities were lacking but as I said, it worked for one night. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotel Experience
Hotel was nice, but check in was terrible. When we arrived they said we had already checked in, couldn’t figure it out and took almost an hour to finally check us in. When we got in room pillow had silver fish on it. Day 1 no one showed up to prepare breakfast so they had no breakfast. Day 2 they said starting next day no more free breakfast because they had a management change. Breakfast was supposed to be included via our reservation. Chavelle at front desk did give us vouchers for remaining days. At check out tried to charge us more than what Hotels.com rate was. Also had someone else’s credit card on our room and called us at midnight on New Years asking us to bring card down. Went to desk with card and guy tried to charge us more. Showed him what it was supposed to be and he couldn’t figure it out. So had to go back next day to straighten out. It’s a nice hotel but a lot of people hanging out outside smoking.
