Service was great! Magaly & Blake are the BEST! The staff here is amazing! Nice, quiet & home away from home vibe. Love it at this location! My only Gripe: There was a change to the free breakfast, listed in my booking. This location no longer has free breakfast & we got caught on opening weekend. It was a bit chaotic because there was no notice & the staff had to explain to all the people coming down for free breakfast, that it’s no longer free. This was a bad rollout for this kinda change & I was disappointed it was handled this way. The staff tried their best but this was a bad decision made from the top.

Some good things: The bed was comfortable The staff was good and polite The orange water at the reception was nice Enough parking which was free Some not so good things Black mold/mildew on the wall in the bathroom Noisy, very noisy The WiFi was terrible Breakfast was mediocre and despite advertising free breakfast, they changed their policy on the 13th of December 2024 or so to charge $12 per person Room was completely cleaned and some spills on the floor towards the elevator in the afternoon and onwards The location felt unsafe and many cars revving through out the night The coffee offered in the room was all decaf and the Keurig machine was not cleaned The USB slot by the lights next to the bed were broken They had one dolly for the entire hotel and it was in bad shape The power went out a few times The card demagnetized daily I really hope the management takes the feedback and tries to change a few things to exponentially elevate the experience. It does have a lot of potential.

My family stayed at this property for 4 nights. We were amazed how nice the property was when we first arrived and with the services it offered the first 2 days of our stay, but it was supposed to be for our entire 4-day stay. Complimentary breakfast was offered for our stay when booked. However, on the third and fourth morning, we were told buy staff that corporate had put out a policy that they were now charging for breakfast, $12 for an adult and $8 dollars for a child. I made them aware that my booking included complimentary breakfast, and that I souldnt be charged for it. Staff told me that it came from corporate and that it was nothing that they could do. Wow, unbelievable (corporate)!! This is a very bad business practice. The staff was great, so I have no complaints with them specifically, rather coporate changing their polices in the middle of someone's stay. One of the reasons why we booked with Wyndham, was because they offered the complimentary breakfast. After the first disappointment in regards to the charge for breakfast, another disappointment arose. On our last night, the cable was shut off, so we had no tv. The front desk rep put in a work order, but said the tv wouldnt be fixed until the next day which was the day we were checking out. How lovely! We are very disappointed in Wyndham , and we'll never book with them again. These buisnesses need to be held accountable.

Great hotel. Nice large room, plenty of space ace for kitchen fs to play games and cards on floor. Day of check out we went through have breakfast and was wondering informed that they were going to charge for breakfast now. We were upset and did not eat there. When we travel we look for hotels that offer breakfast to offset cost of family trips.

I loved the rate, $75 a night, couldn't beat it. But it came with comprises. No room service, whatsoever! I bought my own towels and wash clothes, no emptying of waste cans, nothing. No towels, no changing of bed clothes, no service at all, actually. I believe they've cut their operating costs and passed the saving on to the consumer. Breakfast was very uncoordinated and lackluster. Barely any silver or plastic wear to eat the subpar meals that were served daily. I actually got stomach sick from the sausage gravy(???) and biscuit I tried on my first morning there. Second morning it was questionable. I went out each morning to secure my own. I could go on but... I won't stay there again, period!

The stay itself was excellent, from room to service received. The only negative issue I had was being charged a different price than my booking. For some reason it was off by $20. I’m currently awaiting the GM to address this & refund my difference.
