Very uncomfortable

Very uncomfortable. The pillows were so bad that we asked for others and they only had one available which was just as terrible. When we checked in we were told the room we selected wasn't available so we had to go with a different one. The layout was awful. The next day we requested to change rooms and we did. Much better layout and roomier but the pillows were the same, terrible. I have never stayed at a hotel with such awful pillows. The mattress of the bed kept sliding off of the platform. The entire hotel was damp feeling and stuffy. No paper towels in the lobby bathrooms and the soap dispenser was empty. Overall it was a gross stay. The staff was great, just the accommodations were not.

Need to improve floor cleanliness, bed furniture makes a lot of noise, towels and toilet paper is los quality, shower flow is very low, some power outlet didn’t work, put iron and board in room.

It was a nice hotel, and it seems to be fairly new. The only negative experience was the lack of laundry facilities, there is one washer and one dryer in the entire building, that in my opinion it’s nowhere enough for a facility this size, and to make it worst, the washer was not working and no one in maintenance knew how to get it to work since it was a third party who owns the machines and was responsible for maintenance as well.

The lobby was fair leading to our choice to book. However the room was like a truck stop IMO. The worst part no, zero hot water pressure.. not a little but none.. switched rooms, there was light water pressure.. unfortunately don’t recommend. SN; staff was pleasant and professional in spite of.
