Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!
Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

En natt på Hotel Fratelli
Vi tillbringade en trevlig natt på hotell Fratelli, med trevligt boende, bra läge och en ganska generös frukost. Observera att SPA kostar extra och måste bokas i förväg. Överraskningen under vår vistelse var kvaliteten på den service som Priah tillhandahöll under vårt besök på SPA.

Supernöjd!
Hotel Fratelli var en mycket trevlig bekantskap! Ett nytt designhotell som är genomtänkt och i alla delar lägger vikt på gästernas välbefinnande. Spa-avdelningen får ett extra plus. Fint också att husdjur är välkomna. Är supernöjd, kommer återvända!

Ett fantastiskt hotell med högsta kvalite i allt! Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, tre fina restauranger, fantastisk frukost, fräscha och mysiga rum, mysigt spa mm. Perfekt läge både för shopping, restaurangbesök och teater/konserbesök.

Fint hotell
Ett väldigt fint hotell och trevlig vistelse. Men det började sådär med väldigt lång incheckning då två personal tog hand om ett sällskap före oss och vi fick vänta uppåt en halvtimme. Sen framkom det vid incheckning att spa var fullt. Det framgick inte vid bokningen att man var tvungen att boka spatid. Det löste dock personalen på spa som var väldigt tillmötesgående och kompenserade för mottagandet vid incheckning. Det var också lite kort tid för frukost på morgonen som slutade 9.30. Men vi hade en väldigt fin vistelse totalt sett!
