The hotel is in the middle of an open air mall, so there is ample parking, shopping and dining options. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast in the morning was good, and the pool was smaller, but was a nice pool. The hotel met our needs and was a nice place to stay:

Far exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and genuinely nice. Breakfast buffet was good. I would like to see more than 1 fruit option offered. We will definitely revisit this location.

Our bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Some towels had dirty spots, and there was hair left around the sink area. The room temp was also a little tricky to control. The mini fridge would not get as cold as we'd like, even at highest cold setting.

This is a GREAT hotel right next to the Kapolei mall, and all walkable. The hotel is literally adjacent to the open air mall so easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Plus close by to other stores and sites to see. Close to H-1 access. The facility is clean & modern. The service hosts are very polite and professional. The pool is nice (was kinda cold when I used it) and the breakfast is hot and adequate. The self-parking was reserved and free. Room was clean & A/C was super good. Bed was comfortable. Loved this place and will stay here again. Mahalo & God bless you!

I enjoy Hampton Inns as the ones I have stayed in are always clean and the breakfast is perfect. This one had “grab&go” pre packed breakfasts during the weekdays for those dipping out early. It’s also attached to a small shopping center so it so convenient to do some shopping and so many food options nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

I like the free parking and free continental breakfast and close to stores and places to eat. What I did not like is the bed so uncomfortable, sagging and you can feel the spring of the mattress which indicates it’s old and time to replace and every time you turn or move it makes noise. Also, housekeeping is not done as I have requested to be done daily. We came back @night and our dirty towels and trash not picked up. I called front desk and they apologized and someone came and picked up only the trash but not the towels. I wish they have blower in the bathroom because it smells when somebody defecates. One more to add is the lack of microwave in the room. There’s refrigerator then there’s should also microwave in all their rooms and not only the suites.
