My room was ready for me, with the cooler already on! The cooler and fan were a little noisy for sleeping, but earplugs and sleep aids helped. The little kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The water temperature and pressure were perfect. I will gladly stay here again for easy drive to Kapalua Bay

This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s quiet, clean and relaxing. Napili Beach is a short walk and there’s a fantastic cafe along the way. The pool on the property is clean and quiet. Grilling is an option which is fantastic.

Our stay couldn’t have been any better, the staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive. I have to give a shout out to LeAnn, she was super awesome. We love area because it wasn’t so huge in finding our way round the facilities. Thank you all, for a wonderful stay. I also like the ideal of no TV, I didn’t miss it all, too much to do on the island.

I know this is a small family-owned property but I can’t recommend it. I’m the kind of person who wipes down surfaces when I arrive and keeps all the food in the fridge. Not quite halfway through my stay I found a roach on the kitchen floor, just a few feet from my bed. There is only housekeeping twice a week, and no one at the front desk after 4:30 or on weekends. I texted them and asked to be moved to another room. They said all they could offer was housekeeping to come by and a refund if I wanted to leave. And maybe I let the roach in? And oh, they’d be out of cellphone range for hours. I debated staying but ended up moving to an outrageously expensive alternative, which kept me up at night for different reasons, but at least it was clean and I didn’t have to worry about anything crawling into my bags or my bed.. There are better alternatives with windows that block sound and a/c that doesn’t have black mold surrounding it.

Very nice, low key, good maintained landscape old hotel with free parking, pool, ohana room and BBQ and laundry facilities. Our room got a little view of Napili bay, good size balcony, cool AC, Freezer and fridge and full kitchen. Bed mattress is firm. Dont use the pull out sofa so no comment. Provided 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas which are very valuable. Short walk to the beautiful beach. lei making class on Tuesday morning. Front desk only 8-4 week days. Good price for the location
