The hotel is lovely and very family and couple friendly, but do not expect the room you booked, we specifically paid for a room away from the pool with an ocean view, however they “upgraded” us to a room right above the pool and nothing could be done as they considered this an upgrade. Staff were absolutely lovely and willing to help.

Outcast was wonderful! The hotel and amenities were better than anticipated. Several food and activities choices and nothing was a long wait to be seated or served. Loved the convenience of local shopping within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Staff-5 stars!

The staff was always friendly with five star players! The room was quiet and comfortable. We did utilize the pool, the game room (played pool and other fun games), rode bikes, relaxed and enjoyed the grounds. We did not eat at the hotel after trying several different options. The hotel was a good location for us as we were on the go all day doing island tours.
