We have stayed there twice now, and when we come back, we will stay there again. Great, centrally located spot, easy to get to tons of stuff. Huge parking lot. Great pool and awesome beach spot. Staff are all amazingly helpful and super friendly. If you go to Kauai, this is the place to stay!!

The property grounds are nice, lots of activities next to the beach. It’s great to have a hot tub overlooking the ocean. The room was nice. We upgraded to an ocean view, but this mean a tiny balcony with a sliver of ocean. Ocean front gives you a full view and possibly a balcony big enough for 2 people. The staff was super nice. The bar has great drinks and very friendly bartenders.

I didn't like the beach. I was expecting a sandy beach. However, the beach had old dead trees and branches on it . Most of the beaches were the same. In the area.

Wasn’t happy with the room. Booked the room with ocean view but the view was not even a full view. The trees and the bar was blocking the view a lot. We always chose Expedia for our trips but this time it was not worth it even the rental

I can’t say there is was a whole lot I liked about the Sheraton other than it had air conditioning in room and walk in shower. Oceanfront and beach area was unswimmable and pool was 3-4 ft deep. Prices at bar and restaurant was very expensive. If I ever go back to Kauai, I’d definitely stay in the north side around Hanalei bay.

Nice place

Very nice resort hotel in a good location. Seemed like plenty of services available via the concierge, I had all mine planned beforehand so didn't use. Food and drinks at pool bar were very good. Didn't use the full restaurant for dinner as was traveling alone. Decent shopping center within walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. Staff was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, kind and fun! The facility was beautifully remodeled and appointed. The pool and landscaping were very well maintained and lush. The restaurant was delicious. We used the bikes and played corn hole and connect 4. It was restful and re-energizing!
