準備未足夠
- 入住時輪候手續比較耐 - 晚上沖涼時間發現浴室不能去水，要打了兩次電話到服務台才有職員處理。最後還要安排修理人員處理，最後要30多分鐘才能修冇理完畢。這是一間新開的酒店，不應有冇耗損的問題出現，明顯是酒店未準備充足，沒有檢查清楚就安排人客入住。這方面真是要好好改善!
