Traveled with family and stayed for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located with a 7-eleven next door. It appears to be an old building converted into a hotel. Upon entry, one can smell a strong and unpleasant air. The room itself is ok. But the comforter had a stein on it and the mattress felt old. The AC wasn't controllable and was kept at around 21 c overnight. Some staff members were friendly and helpful. Overall, I think it's a 3 star hotel at most.

it appears to be one of those converted apartments into hotel. where the plumbing layout show its limitations. the situation got worse with its eco friendly toilet - little water pushing through inadequate sloped pipes disaster awaiting - had to utilize trash can as water bucket to flush toilet otherwise everything else was great. hotel is located a short distance walk to the minor bascilla

Beautiful view of the Harbor and music hall
Well located hotel : next to the love river which is convenient for romantic strolls, very close to convenience stores (there is literally one downstairs) and cool restaurants, with easy access to the tram and buses. The Harbor 10 has a feel of high class, our room was very spacious, with a much appreciated Japanese toilet in the bathroom, and a beautiful view (we had view on the river and harbor) which gave us beautiful sunset views. An overall very good and comfortable stay for us.

This The reason I booked this hotel was for its atmosphere. However, the hotel covered the windows behind our bed, and we didn’t dare open the window in the bathroom because it would have heated up the entire room. As a result, we ended up with a room without a view.

This hotel was one of 6 we stayed in across Taiwan. It was the only one that really disappointed us, and the only one we would not visit again. The hotel itself is dated and the lobby, hallway, and our room had unpleasant odors. The staff were helpful, though. For example, we raised concerns about a smoky smell after we checked in, and promptly received an air purifier. However, the hotel and its amenities are not honestly advertised. See photo: the "fitness centre" is a tiny treadmill and elliptical in a closet-sized room. Beautiful view from our floor, but we would not recommend.
