Staff was amazing, property was beautiful and food was delicious. Only issue is the ability to make reservations for dinner is extremely difficult and depending on the day you arrive is not even an option as they fill up at the beginning of the week. Which means was unable to eat where we wanted

We have stayed here previously and enjoyed ourselves. This time we found we were not accommodated as previously. We were only provided dining hours between 9-10 pm. There were no available seats at the pool after 7:30 am.

We got married at the grand palladium a few years ago and wanted to try the TRS side. This experience was the most magical. Expedia and TRS made sure to go above and beyond with the booking and accommodations. Our personal butler Luiso had become our best friend and we were always taken care of! Trust we will come back again and again! We are already planning to come back in October

This place was beyond luxurious. I would say, perfection. I can’t say enough about the kind and welcoming staff. They go out of the way to ensure your comforts are met. They pay incredible attention to details and treat you wonderfully. The property grounds are immaculate. The dining options are amazing, and the food was cooked perfectly. I wish we had stayed longer, there are endless things to do at the property. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite, we were offered a discounted upgrade on arrival from our original reserved Garden view pool suite. This room was out of this world amazing. We did also see the original room we had booked and it was incredible as well. You can access all places through a short walk through the amazing bridges in the mangroves. You can also access via the continuous golf cart type vehicles that are readily available and comfortable. The beaches are perfect, with plenty of in beach dining. The salt water pool was our favorite, you are able to swim with fish that filter in from the ocean. There was a butler available to us to provide us with what ever we needed. We couldn’t be more satisfied. We can not wait to go and stay with TRS Yucatan again!

The hotel is very nice. We stayed at the TRS. The complex has 4 hotels. The beach access was about 20 min walk or 8-10min if we took the carts going around from TRS. The room was clean and spacious. The service at the bars can use some improvement. Some of the bartenders and waiters at the Helios restaurant hated their job. The check in was rather difficult and lengthy, but everything else was really good. The Chic Cabaret was amazing! I wish they promote it better at the resort so more people can go see it. Overall, information on entertainment was limited. Everything was in the app, but every hotel had their section in the app for restaurants and entertainment so you have to log in and out all the time. You get lost a lot there too as the resort is huge, but it is very nice. We would visit it again.

Me and my girlfriend left our kids home with our husbands for a much needed girls trip in October. We couldn’t have picked a better resort. We absolutely love TRS. The staff is amazing and truly makes it a one of a kind experience. Having your own butler for each villa made our experience even smoother. Luiso and Daniel in Villa 67 were amazing at making all of our reservations and fulfilling all of our requests. Our added bonus was booking through Expedia, the resort has their own Expedia ambassador, Fernanda, who made us feel like celebrities with all the extra touches and personalized service she provided. We loved everything from the beautiful pools to the amazing beach, bars, staff, drinks, food, and cleanliness . We even had a butler at the beach, Ivan, who helped us with anything for getting extra towels or moving us to a amazing beach bed. The food on the beach was some of the best provided by chef Uziel. I will definitely be back to the resort and plan a booking the neighboring resort with my family this spring.
