This resort was amazing. The rooms are huge and very clean. The staff are very pleasant and very accommodating. The grounds are well kept, they have a variety of food options, and entertainment everyday. This was a well deserved experience and we recommend you visit.

Hard to navigate around the property. No clear sign or direction.App doesn't work well. No notification of unusual activity. They close down almost all the restaurants and expect to scramble people to a small, limited buffet. Average wait time for a place to eat is 30 minutes to an hour. No alcohol in room except a few cheap beers. No 24 hours lounge for snack or ice bottle of waters. No coffee bar but expensive Starbucks.

Would definitely go again every one was so nice and pleasant even the other guests there. Mostly most of the staff spoke English so there wasn’t a big language barrier on the hotel grounds. Definitely enjoyed my stay for my first time in Mexico

The swim up suites are nice, the transportation to get around is convenient. Room service is fast. Beach access is weird amd rhe suites are by am area thar is pay only...kinda weird considering you pay extra to have ocean view you should have access. Concierge guidanc eon the all inclusive activites and activities included for your stay is encouraged. Ours wasnt avail much, so we missed out on a lot.Lots to do it seems. I like how they added the all inclusive package. Staff was kind.The reairt is aged but they are upgrading it. Clean. Access the other resort is nice.

I had high hopes for this resort. It is almost impossible to get a reservation for dinner at the restaurants on site. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food selections it was ok. The food quality was good. Our room was extremely cold! My husband loved it, I however couldn’t handle how crazy cold the room got. I had to ask for extra blankets. We stayed in the seaside suites and the gulf carts come around frequently. There is not a good beach access from the seaside suite side it was really rocky. We rented a vehicle and valet parking was convenient. The drinks were ok. The resort was mainly an older crowd, for it being an all inclusive we didn’t spend much time at the resort itself it was frustrating waiting to eat so we decided to eat at local restaurants. The Cenotes in the area are nice for an extra fee of course. Check in/ check out was easy. I’d give it a 3 out of 10, it just wasn’t what I expected. The swim up pool was filthy, we didn’t even get to swimming in it because of how dirty it was. The only good thing that I absolutely enjoyed every day was the Cochinita Pebil that is served daily outside near the front lobby area. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay at this resort again.

I loved everything about this hotel. We had the honeymoon suite and it included a lot. The swim out pool was one of the best. The only thing I didn’t like was the drive to the hotel. It’s an hour away from the airport. The staff is amazing. That’s an understatement! Food was great, and drinks were also. I felt like everyone was catering to us, with no negative energy! Super friendly!!

Not sure where to start with this place. Me and my girlfriend are usually pretty easy to satisfy as long as there’s a beach and a swim up bar pool. There’s literally nothing to do on this resort, like at all. No entertainment at all. No shows, nothing. Just a weak DJ at the guacamayas bar (which is also the “club”) and the occasional mariachi band. The food outside of anything Mexican is really not good at all. Half the things that are advertised either close randomly despite the schedule saying they are open, or are just flat out not there anymore (like the club!). Traveling outside of the resort here is a hassle because the cab drivers pretty much extort you into paying a crazy amount like $160 ROUNDTRIP for a 30 min drive to Tulum. The alternative is literally nothing, either pay it or cancel your off resort plans.they like never clean the pools, there were a million bugs in the pool the entire stay, some being nasty huge waterbugs that look disgusting like roaches. Speaking of roaches i found 2 dead in my room. So yea, definitely wouldn’t return. The drinks are all watery as well. Didn’t have a single good drink. This is honestly the first bad resort I’ve been to in 20 years

We stayed at the seaside suites. When we first arrived it was beautiful and we were handed a cocktail. The room wasn't ready so we went to lunch and killed time. We tried to book an excursion since we paid for the more inclusive, but there weren't any excursions. They only tried to offer us the nickelodeon park but as me and my partner are both adults we would not have had fun. The website boasts cenotes, maroma beach, wave running, but none of that was available. Then our balcony pool was filthy everyday until our last day when it was cleaned. We tried to attend the Mexican fiesta but when we got there they said it was reservation only, even when our concierge said it was first come first serve. All The other restaurants were closed so we went back to the room and ordered room service. We tried to make reservations for the asian restaurant but they were booked out for the week which made no sense especially if people are only staying for a few days. We also had an employee refuse us transportation and we had to find out way back when we were lost. Instead We spent our time when we were at the hotel at the main pool with lovely entertainment and drinks and ordered room services mostly. We booked an outside excursion the next day and loved it. The hotel was nice and had beautiful rooms but too many let downs and miscommunications to want to go back.
