Amenities lacking. Had to take our used towels to the front desks in order to get clean ones. WiFi was terrible. They made me call an off premise party to try to fix the problem. The WiFi worked while I was talking to the but dropped when I hung up. The staff explained they couldn’t help with these issues because it is an extended stay property. That made no sense to me.

This hotel is not great for short term stays. Zero amenities. No frills. The floor in our room had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was something sticky on the floor beside the bed and it was gross.

Although very very clean, the rooms were more of a dorm room style. We got 3 towels and staff was annoyed when we asked for more. No room cleaning. 1 soap 1 shampoo 0 hair dryer.
