A RESTFUL WEEKEND
The Elms is a great hotel. The SPA is spectacular. We were happy with the room. A disappointment was that the indoor pool was being repainted during our stay but the management did make it up to us. I would definitely stay there again as the SPA, the grounds and staff were wonderful and helpful.

We did not have hot water for two days, like warm. The offered remedy was 10000 Hyatt points. Kinda weak! I also thought the hotel looked tired. Food at the restaurant for dinner was excellent, lunch not so much.

The property was absolutely gorgeous inside and the help was so friendly. The pool and spa options were wonderful. A group of 14 of us, men and women had our rooms all upgraded because of a convention. Most of us got to stay on the 5th floor where we were able to play cards and visit together every night after dinner.

One night staycation at The Elms. We enjoyed the pool and dinner at Three Owls. Amanda helped us get an earlier dinner reservation so we could attend the ghost tour. The tour was the only disappointing aspect of our stay, but that’s optional so don’t let that hinder you from staying! It was great!

Like the age & history. Staff is good. Definitely a destination for a girls' weekend & swimsuits. My room seemed awfully humid but enjoyed having a brand new king bed all to my self.
