I had to ask for towels I had to ask for the room to be cleaned and they were teying to charge me for a red stain on the sheets, when it was a whole brown stain on the mattress. I will never go there again. And it was a couple having sex in the pool.

There were nice areas, as far as lobby, pool, lounge area.bedding was clean, surface areas were clean also but shower curtains were soiled and dark brown at the bottom. Carpet turned socks/feet brown, drains didn’t drain.. Also night shift employees were irritable and rude during conversations.

The property is not very clean. No one answered the front deak when we called at night 3 times. The pool was freezing and not heated. The room was ok, but not that clean and the elevator was gross. The free breakfast was large in size but not in quality. The frig that held the cream cheese was not that cold and cream cheese was soft so I tossed it. The coffee was the worst stuff I have ever had and I'm not kidding. The bed was good. If you just want a decent place to sleep for cheap its not bad. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again.

I should have stuck with my first mindset and booked somewhere else. Unfortunately due to numerous events Memorial Day weekend everyone was completely booked up. The remodeled lobby looks nice and appealing, some of the staff are very friendly and Breakfast was decent. But the rooms are whole different world, stained ceiling tiles, extremely dirty vents, drink stains on the wall, trash left behind a nightstand, bathtub is old and cracked, the AC system pops and bangs for 10 minutes, like loud gunshots whenever it shuts off. There's no way this facility should be charging nearly $150.00 per night.

Check in was fine but had to put $100 down which wasn’t told to us in advance though they did say it would be refunded. Opened the door to our room and didn’t even walk in because it smelt so badly of smoke. They switched our rooms but the second one was dirty throughout, the wall had damage and the wall paper was dirty and looked moldy. Thankful we didn’t have the kids with us or we would’ve checked out as we didn’t feel safe or clean.

Hotel was dirty and they told me they needed 100 dollar deposit and that they would remove it upon check out. I checked in at 9:30 at night and was gone by 7 am and now I have to fight to get my deposit back and I literally didn’t even stay at the hotel for 12 hours.

From what the picture showed to what it looked like were completely different. For the price it was to stay there, the shower should have been warmer better water pressure and the beds more comfortable.

Breakfast was really good. I can tell they are trying to update and do improvements. Bed was super comfy. Nice TV. Some things are pretty used and worn but still usable. The window had 1/2 inch gap so rain came in with the storm. Pretty quiet. Could smell people smoking weed and could smell someone cooking garlicky food. I did feel safe and it was pretty quiet place to stay. Lady at the desk early morning was super nice to my son and I. For the price it was a good place to stay.

Old run down motel. Dirty ceilings, old outdated bathrooms, water dripping from ceilings. Musty smelling. Breakfast quit already at 9:00 am. Homeless people in area. Lost internet on tv around 7:00pm and never got it back till morning. Paid $258 for room...was totally not worth it. Dont stay here.

The grossest hotel I've stayed at

This was one of the dirtiest hotels ive stayed at. Which surprised me because this franchise is a huge name. It was so run down. Only one guy spoke english up front. No internet. When we asked why the internet wasn't working the guy snapped at us and said the cops said its a outage. Lol. Okay. The pool is only open from 4-8. Breakfast was only open from 6-9. We tried it the first day but i was so grossed out by the rooms that i was nervous to eat the food knowing it was made in a dirty kitchen. I can go on and on about how awful this place was but im hoping you get my drift. I took pictures but this site wont let me upload them.

What could be a decent hotel with a few improvements, is instead an uncomfortable place to stay. The room had no seating, with the exception of the desk chair. The barely adequate AC system had to run 24/7 to keep up at all, but was as loud as a jet engine. The toilet seat was extremely loose and making it quite adventurous. The “complimentary hot breakfast” was possibly the worst offering I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Biscuits like miniature hockey pucks accompanied by inedible gravy…sausages that possibly contained no meat, and muddy, dark coffee. Ellie May Clampett would’ve be proud…adequate cleanliness is about the only positive comment I can make. You can easily do better than this place.
