Thanks for nothing.
We book a flight with spirit on the Thursday and they cancelled the flight to the day before. So we tried canceling the hotel. Hotel.com contacted the hotel.mutlipe times and so did i. They would not cancel the hotel. The worse thing about it was we also purchased the insurance. Even though we had to change our plans because the flight cancelled the hotel refused to refund our money. The insurance company agi insurance was not help either and did not refund our money. I will never book this place ever again. Your customers are what u need to keep business runni g but this is not the way to go.

The ladies at the desk were kind and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and included a large glassed in shower. Our room also has a nice balcony to enjoy the cool fall air on. There was an extra $100 hold placed on my card while we stayed that I wasn’t informed about until check-in. I would have liked to known this at booking, instead of check-in. I would also suggest the hotel add USB ports in their rooms. This is common in most hotels. All in all, it’s a nice, clean place to stay in Kansas City near the airport. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and very nice room. Three negative comments I have: 1. There was a $100 dollar charge for room damage if any that I was never informed of when making reservation. 2. The snacks were in the lobby area with no prices shown, I bought a small bottle of Coca Cola and small container of Pringles, the total cost was $9.50, way to high. 3. Checking out I was not given a receipt, they said it will come from Expedia.

Love the cleanliness and the quietness. I didn't like the entry wayinside the room, it was narrow. Another issue was there was a vent in the restroom however no switch to turn it on.
