Front desk clerk was laying on a couch behind the desk every time I was looking for him. The tv remote didn’t work properly. There was long black hair on the bathroom floor that didn’t belong to me. The room darkening shade didn’t go down. The juice machine was out of order. There was no bread, bagels or English muffins for toasting. All in all was disgusting.

Loved my stay! Area was nice with a lot of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel had just been recently remodeled and was very nice. The only complaint I had was the shower head was too low and wasn’t designed for a tall person. Other than that really enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again.

It smelled like garbage and air fresheners to mask how terrible the smell was. No breakfast was available although the description advised it was included. The room bathroom was not clean and different random shampoo and conditioner brands were used from other properties. The beds were uncomfortable and thankfully we only stayed a night.

we had a late evening arrival and were assigned a room. Upon entering the room, it appeared OK but on further investigation, it was full of fleas. They were on the bed on the rug and getting on our clothes. We packed up immediately and reported it to the manager and he apologized and assigned a new room. We went to the new room started an investigation there but it was very late and noted there were no obvious fleas but was not clean and noted hair in the sinks and shower drain. We did stay in the room and suffered water, noises banging pipes, and neighbors who were very loud and did not sleep apparently. Upon leaving we noted a cockroach had gotten into our shoe on the floor. Overall, it was a terrible terrible night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beds are really hard but the pillows were nice over stuffed and fluffy. There was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the room when we checked in. We called the next morning to ask if they could bring us more and were asked to come get it from the desk. It was after 9 am, so the front desk wasnt alone.

We checked in and out within 30 minutes. The building and room smelled so terribly it made us feel ill. The manager told us we could not get a refund, which we didn’t even ask for, because we booked through Expedia. Then he said the smell was due to the building being shut down 6-7 months with homeless people living in it and they had just laid new carpet. We booked a new hotel before we left the facility.

Up to date furnishings. No breakfast when listed they offered breakfast. Offered a 20% discount at IHOP with room key, however needed to go back to hotel to give key back by 1100am. Very inconvenient so did not use. Walked into lobby and it smelled like mothballs.
