I reserved a handicapped room and did not get it. Imagine having only one leg and having to sit in the bathtub to shower because there was no plug. I also paid extra to have the room until 4pm and the staff came by at 11 am and knocked on the door. I told them the room is reserved until 4 pm. I left around 12:30 and came back at 3:30 to change clothes and they had already been in my room and “didnt see any of my stuff,” so they cleaned it. The area has tall grass and looks unkept and the building is outdated.

Disappointing!!

The photos of this motel are very deceptive. It looked so nice when booking but we get there and it was not what the photos portrayed at all. Run down, the guys at the front desk were extremely hard to understand. They didn’t speak good English at all. We finally get to our room only to find out it was just an old run down room. Stuffy and stinky. Old doors and fixtures. And on top of that we sit down after a very long drive hoping to relax and enjoy some tv but nope. The cable and internet was not working. Extremely unhappy and disappointing! We will not be recommending or ever staying at another Super 8 because it’s not Super at all.
