Beds were super uncomfortable, other than that it was ok. Sign at the desk said it was $25 hold for incidentals, but they held $50 for us and stated it is what it is, no exceptions.

Bad shower install.
Everything was great and service was amazing. The floor of the shower was hollow and had a crack in it. When we stepped into the shower my heel nearly went through the shower base. Notified front desk that they had a problem and they were going to have maintenance take a look.

I like everything about the property, only one thing i would do to improve it would be to put in an elevator that can access the pool instead of having to go all the way to the end past the lobby.

We loved the peaceful, beautiful setting and the ambience of the hotel. It was a short drive to Arrowhead. We also liked that it was next to Bas Pro. Everyone was very friendly.
