Too small of “water park” for amount of people that were staying. Sheets were dirty with crumbs from previous stayers. Mattresses need replaced. Barely slept all night bc they were so old could feel the springs in my back and when I finally got to sleep and woke up my back hurt so bad. 5/10

The "water park," is both the biggest plus for the place; it is also the bearer of the harshest criticism. To call it a water park is a stretch, it's more of an indoor pool with a public park spray ground attached and a rusty, rickety slide tacked on, that is only open part time. The kid had tons of fun in it, and that was what mattered. She's young, older children will be disappointed. The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and kind, while the housekeeping staff were pretty absent minded, taking our linens and not replacing them, requiring a visit to the front desk. the breakfast was better than many I've had other places, and it went on for a generous amount of time in the mornings. Our room was not really cleaned before we entered it, there were toiletries and toys left under the furniture and edge of the bed. But the bedding had been replaced, bathroom sanitized, trash taken out and floors sort of cleaned.

Fun mini-waterpark, Wi-Fi concerns

The kids loved the little water park. That was the reason we chose this hotel, so that delivered. The hotel is older, but is maintained. The breakfast is the same every day (eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, biscuits you can microwave and gravy, so if you're staying for multiple days, you might consider other breakfast options some days. Probably my biggest concerns were the Wi-Fi (did not work at all well on 3rd floor, although it was ok on ground level) and the TV channels were limited, with no kids' channels. The staff are VERY nice and accommodating - really good people working there.

There is plenty of room for vast improvements, to start the elevator reminds you of a traveling carnival ride that you’re not sure is going to hold together. We stayed for 2 nights there was no attempt at housekeeping for our room, no new towels no cleaning or bed making. The staff was never at the desk but there was a bell that you had to ring and then wait and hope someone heard it. The Internet and tv were done for the stay and they were turning people way that had reservations because they couldn’t check them in due to the computers crashing at the same time. The pool could use upgrades and cleaning the water was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom, also guests were letting other people who were not guests of this questionable establishment into the pool area so it was very crowded and obnoxious. Honest opinion we will not be staying here again but with the right management and upgrades could be a wonderful experience perhaps.

Last Hurrah.

Check in extra charges poor customer service,run down facility, noisy, breakfast reductions. Still hassling with booking parties that we never called to try and get the money we were overcharged. Need I say more? Shower head falls off bracket. Drawers slide open. Hot water goes back and forth between hot and cold. Poor internet. About the only good thing about our stay was the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
