The location is great, and it was really nice to have valet right there (the valet staff was stellar). Front desk and restaurant were very friendly, as well. The room itself had a great layout, very clean and overall comfortable. There were a couple of issues that I noticed - there was something weird and gross stuck to the ceiling over my bed, but the staff cleaned it up fairly quickly. (A towel was left on my bed where I assume someone stood to clean it up.) Additionally, the water pressure for the shower is abysmal, and the sink took 5-10 minutes to drain after you wash your face or brush your teeth. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast in the morning like the place across the street, but it wasn't a big deal for this stay. Overall, the staff and location were really great, I'd stay again since they were so responsive.

Shower floor was very dirty. Hole in bathroom wall stains on carpet. Dirty dishes and trash in front of my room each day I would come back. Very surprised with this due to everytime I stay here it hasnt been like this in past stays. Valet was amazing. Very friendly and courteous.

Location was great. We walked everywhere. The room was just ok. The windows were pretty dirty with lots of handprints. The shower wouldn’t shut off completely and it was hard to listen to all night. Not bad overall just not as good as we expected from a Hilton.

Had a lovely stay here. The covered parking is why we booked here as we were thinking the things we had in the bed of the truck would be more secure there. However, there were lots of signs saying the hotel is not responsible for car damage or theft while in the lot. It would have been more ideal if the hotel had some level of security for the lot. However, our belongings survived the night and were not stollen. Would have also liked if breakfast and parking were included in the hotel stay as it is with many hotels.

Horrible room experience

The front desk receptionists was amazing however the room was horrible. We got the deluxe studio suite. One of the bathroom doors would not close. We had to use the restroom with one door wide open. The mini refrigerator in our room did not work. Leaving us to throw away our left over food. The door leading to the balcony would get jammed up. Paid $26 for secured parking and couldn't find parking whenever we would come back from our venue.
